About Me

About Me

Lisha Wheeler is an American actress and voice over artist who was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She showed an interest in acting and performing at a very young age, performing in plays all through elementary and high school and in college.  While a student at Duke University, the Chronicle, Duke’s student newspaper, raved about Lisha’s performance in Switchboard, a student written play: “Lisha Wheeler, as Lottie, the power-thirsty receptionist, was stellar.  Her tone in paging employees, for example, accented by a high pitched, drawn-out, ‘Come to the office, puleeeeze,’ had the audience in fits of laughter.”

In 2015, Lisha decided to return to her true love, acting. She has had supporting roles in several independent films and co-star roles in TV series, including Preacher, NCIS New Orleans, Your Worst Nightmare and The Purge. Currently, Lisha can be seen on The Loverbirds, streaming on Netflix. She has voiced all types of projects, including national TV ads, business, educational and e-learning projects, as well as award ceremony announcements and presentations.

Prior to becoming a fulltime actress and voice over talent, Lisha was a successful corporate attorney, having served as a partner in one of the largest law firms in the Country and as Associate General Counsel for Fannie Mae.

Lisha is a member of SAG-AFTRA.
